A ministry of Cru, her.BIBLE, has stepped into this gap to produce an audio Bible read entirely by women.

“I had made myself silent and invisible, like I was in an online meeting with my camera off and microphone muted.” Alejandra was weary from grief, burnout, and depression. Finally, she admitted to God, “I cannot read, but I can listen. Bring me to a safe place.” Then she was invited to a her.BIBLE Listening group.

Listening to Scripture became an anchor. Soon, she was listening every day during lunch and dinner. Hearing God’s words daily, she realized He has a role for her.

Thousands of people now listen to God’s Word in comforting women’s voices. Some listen while driving to work; others while grieving, healing, or falling asleep at night. God’s Word is meeting people in quiet, ordinary moments. This past year over half a million people discovered her.BIBLE. More than 150,000 of them continue to engage with God’s Word.
