Cru High School teaches students the basics of Christianity, evangelism and how to help new believers to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

A Cru staff member working with high schoolers recently shared the reflections of a senior graduating from her ministry.

Hi, my name is Samantha. I am graduating this year. I am very grateful for Cru. I have had the pleasure to be influenced by Susan [the Cru staff member] these past few weeks. I try to join in every day for the video calls.

I first got involved through a drug prevention group at my school. Susan also attended those meetings.

After we met she started pouring into my life. We had coffee together once before COVID and she told me a lot about Cru.

I love going to the video meetings. I have met new people and grown in my faith. Without these meetings and these women, I think I would be falling through the cracks in my faith. They keep me motivated and have even invited me to share Jesus with others.

Even in the midst of COVID lockdowns, students like Samantha are experiencing community. They are growing in their relationship with Jesus. And they are introducing others to Him.
